Randy Vance - Owner
Randy is the co-owner and runs the day to day operations for SERVPRO of Fallbrook/South Oceanside. Randy came from the Corporate Headquarters of SERVPRO as a Business Development Specialist and is aiming the company growth towards handling commercial losses.
Kier - Vice President of Operations
Kier has been with the company for 7 years. He works very closely with Adjusters, Agents and Clients to ensure that SERVPRO is the Restoration Company of choice. He is an integral member of the everyday operations of our Franchise. Kier also has 6 certifications with the IICRC including AMRT.
Erika- Office Manager
Erika has been with our Franchise for 2 years and has worked in the restoration industry since 2019. She makes sure our office runs smoothly and that everyone is well informed every step of the way! We are very grateful to have her as part of our team.
Luis- Reconstruction Manager
Luis is the drywall master! He is full of reconstruction knowledge and we are grateful to have him on our team.
Kimberlee- Administrative Assistant
Kimberlee is a new addition to our team and we are so grateful to have her! She works hard to make sure all projects are promptly scheduled and all of our customers are well taken care of.
Robert- Production Technician
Robert is one of our technicians who is eager to get to work and ensure our clients are always happy.

Antonio is one of our technicians who is eager to get to work, loves working with his team and goes above and beyond to keep customers happy and in the loop.
Jose- Contents Supervisor
Jose is a great addition to our team. He is always learning something new and works hard at his job. He enjoys helping our customers in a time of need because he likes to help his community whenever he can.
Javier- Reconstruction Technician
Javier is new to our team and is working under our reconstruction manager, Luis, to ensure all homes go back to preloss conditions and all customers are satisfied with the final outcome. He looks forward to learning more about mold remediation and fire clean up.
