Kevin Ortega serves as the Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO of Fallbrook / South Oceanside. Known for his attention to detail and exceptional customer service, Kevin coordinates and oversees restoration projects from start to finish. Andrew Rossa

Andrew Rossa is the Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Fallbrook / South Oceanside. He joined the Fallbrook / South Oceanside family in September 2018 as a technician, and through his dedication and hard work, quickly became the Crew Chief. Though he joined our family with several years experience in the Restoration business, since starting at SERVPRO he has been able to get Water Certified with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). 

Andrew strives every day to use his knowledge and experience to help our fellow community members, and to make it "Like it never even happened."
